I've owned several Fords and Chevy's and happened to be in the market for a new company SUV. I was helped by Corrine Markey at Lombard Ford who let me test drive the Escape Limited. She gave me the price of a left over 2010 compared to that and the lease or purchase of a new 2011'. She pointed out all the plusses and negatives of each option and we came to the conclusion that the 2010 purchase fully loaded Limited was a better bargain. At no time was she pushy or "headstrong" as most car sales people are. I left the lot; went up the road and test drove the Chevy Equinox. It was priced very similar to the Escape. The sales person however was a pain in the ass. I closed the deal with Corrine that day. Both she and her manager were very helpful and accomodating to my needs and got the best deal/ refunds available to me on that vehicle. I would highly reccommend Lombard Ford and their sales staff and would shop there again.

I am one of the hardest people to please. Lombard Ford always to make it easy. When you walk the door you find a warm pleasant feel in the air. My first stop in looking for this truck i just stopped to look at what was on the internet. Mark Jones walk up to me and asked if could help. I said no just looking and he was fine with that. Not chasing me around the parking lot as other dealers have. Icame back a couple days later was given the internet price. There was never any pressure from anyone to make this sale. From my first walk in to my picking up my truck was so easy and professional. Thank you Mark and eveyone else. AND TO YOU AT HOFFMAN TOYOTA YOU ASK ME NOT TO COME BACK. AS PROMISED I WONT.
I would recommend this dealer for several reasons. First- the sales and finance representatives did not place any pressure on me to purchase a vehicle. This is something I appreciated because it made the process a whole lot less stressful. More importantly, they did not try to take advantage of me which is something other dealers attempted. Secondly, their finance department was competent. Within 10 minutes, I was able to get 0% interest where other dealers best rates were 4.99-6.49%. That alone will save me about $3,500 on interest. In addition to that, they were able to give me a great deal on the price of the car, so I feel I got a great deal! Lastly- when I purchased the car, they were able to register it quickly and deliver it to me on a very timely basis. Overall- I would strongly recommend this dealer and advise checking them out if you are looking into a Ford.
I was looking for a fairly specific model used car and found a few in the area on cars.com. Lombard Ford was my first and last stop, I bought the car they had advertised. There was zero pressure from Dave or Mea and they were extremely friendly. The dealership went out of their way to make sure the car was ready to pickup the very next day. On pickup it was discovered the car did not have a second electronic key, and they covered the cost for having that made. I think when someone buys a car (or anything) there is always a sense that a better deal could have been made, which is why I did not rate 5 on price. However the buying experience for me was as good as it gets, including the follow-up calls regarding satisfaction. Lombard is a family business and their customer service reflects their strong reputation.
